We know that sometimes you order something and it’s just not quite what you thought it was going to be, so we will accept returns no questions asked, but there are conditions:
- You must contact us within 3 days of when the tracking says the item was delivered.
- Item must be in same condition as when it left(this includes being uncleaned and unworn).
- Buyer must pay return shipping, and item must be shipped back within 3 days of contact with a tracking number.
- Refund will be processed once the item is received and has met all requirements above.
Although we do have some new items occasionally, almost all of our items are vintage and/or antique, please remember this and ask for more pictures before ordering if you need them to make a more informed decision. Our listings will always have any information about damage or wear, and pictures will always show these flaws, but we are not without flaw ourselves, so if you feel you have not received the item as it was listed, please contact us for a solution.
If you receive an item damaged in the mail it must be brought to our attention immediately, that day, please do not delay. Please save item and all packaging as we will probably need a picture of it at the least and we may need the item shipped back.
Since all items we sell are used, and most are antique or vintage, we make no expressed or written guarantee and offer no warranty. All items are sold as found and as is.
